1. Information We Collect

SOLServa collects contact details (name, email, phone, business affiliation) submitted via our enquiry, compatibility, and partner application forms. When providing telemetry monitoring, technical inverter operational metrics (voltages, current, kWh generation, fault codes) are processed.

2. Security & Passwords

We never request or store inverter user passwords in open web forms. Integration is achieved via authorized OEM API keys or local hardware interface access.

3. Data Usage

Customer contact information and plant performance data are utilized solely for service delivery, reporting, and technical diagnostics. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.

This website provides informational material regarding the services and software solutions offered by Solserva Greentech Pvt. Ltd. All sample dashboards and charts are labelled demo data for illustrative presentation.

2. Intellectual Property

All company marks, logos, diagrams, and written specifications on this site are the property of Solserva Greentech Pvt. Ltd. or their respective trademark holders.

3. Commercial Contracts

Formal service level agreements (SLAs), subscription fees, and partner arrangements are governed exclusively by executed written contracts between the parties.

Per Section 8 & 9 of the SOLServa Specification, the following operational limitations apply:

• ✔ Data Telemetry: Actual monitored data points and update frequencies are dependent on inverter brand, logger firmware, and local network connectivity.
• ✔ Inverter Compatibility: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No universal compatibility is implied.
• ✔ Warranty Guidelines: Third-party loggers should be evaluated against manufacturer warranty policies.
• ✔ O&M Delivery: Physical maintenance, thermography, and site visits are governed by contracted service tiers and geographic coverage.
